Our Wax Injection Automation is designed to automate the handling and assembly of wax patterns after the injection process.
Once the wax pattern is produced by the wax injection machine, a robotic system picks up the pattern and accurately positions and fixes it onto the wax tree. The process is then repeated for subsequent patterns as per the required assembly sequence.
By automating this operation, the system helps improve repeatability, positioning accuracy and productivity, while reducing manual handling and dependence on operators. It supports more efficient and consistent wax tree assembly in investment casting foundries
