Our Pouring Automation System is designed specifically for investment casting foundries to automate the handling and pouring process.
Based on the process shown in the video, the automated system uses robotic handling to manage the shell cluster and coordinate the pouring operation. The shell trees are positioned at the pouring station, while the robotic system performs the programmed movements required for the process. The system can be integrated with the surrounding equipment to create a controlled and synchronized pouring sequence.
