Many foundries today face revenue loss in-spite of having large order bookings

Steam charging must be rapid and uniform and air mixed with steam can reduce de-wax efficiency.

Uniform shell thickness allows equal amount of steam to pass through it over the entire surface of the casting.

Wax should have low specific heat and should exhibit low viscosity at De-waxing temperature.
